Markets often misprice legal, regulatory, and policy complexity. These forces can materially shape business value, yet they are often overlooked or misunderstood by investors focused primarily on near-term financial metrics.
KSK Capital is a public equity investment partnership focused on high-quality businesses in North America and Europe whose intrinsic value is obscured by that complexity. We combine rigorous fundamental research with legal expertise to build concentrated positions where misunderstanding creates opportunity.
We partner with investors, family offices, and entrepreneurs who share a disciplined, long-term approach to capital allocation.
20% performance fee over 5% hard hurdle with high-water mark.
20%+ of AUM invested alongside our limited partners.
Best-in-class service providers, transparency and rigor.
Equal terms for all investors.
Key characteristics of our target investments include:
Compelling valuations supported by strong balance sheets.
Secular tailwinds, long runways for growth, and attractive reinvestment opportunities.
Substantial and durable barriers to entry.
Serving attractive end-markets in stable, rule-of-law jurisdictions.
Business outcomes materially shaped by legal, regulatory, and policy dynamics we view differently than the market.
Capable, trustworthy managers with proven capital-allocation discipline.
Straightforward, predictable business models.
