Kris Kania is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of KSK Capital. He previously practiced tax law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His legal career provided firsthand experience in navigating the intricate tax, structuring and regulatory considerations that shape complex business transactions. Kris is also an incoming Visiting Assistant Professor of Tax Law at NYU School of Law, where his research will focus on how legal and regulatory frameworks influence corporate strategy and market dynamics.

Kris received his J.D. from NYU School of Law and A.B. from Princeton University. He is originally from Livingston, New Jersey and currently resides in New York City.
