Kris Kania is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of KSK Capital and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Tax Law at NYU School of Law. He previously practiced tax law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP and earlier worked as a technology investor at Susquehanna Growth Equity. His combined legal and investing experience offers a practical understanding of the myriad financial, legal, regulatory and strategic considerations that shape complex business transactions. Kris received his J.D. from NYU School of Law and A.B. from Princeton University.
