Kris Kania is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of KSK Capital and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Tax Law at NYU School of Law. He previously practiced tax law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His combined legal and investing experience offers a practical understanding of the myriad financial, legal, regulatory and strategic considerations that shape complex business transactions.

Kris received his J.D. from NYU School of Law and his A.B. from Princeton University. He is originally from Livingston, New Jersey and currently resides in New York City.
